Michael, Does this work for existing historical analytics data or only going forward?

Shopping comparison tracking is not the only "disconnect". Affiliate tracking will also claim credit for sales that Google Analytics attributes to other sources and Google Analytics does not match Yahoo! Analytics data.

Yahoo bought IndexTools which is what their Analytics is based upon. They're telling me it tracks all visits; however, it doesn't credit the same number of sales to affiliates as the affiliate search engines claim.
